2. Geographic scope and product type (food supplements / advertising context)
Geography: We operate from Denmark (Falstersgade 4, 8000 Aarhus). EU/EEA consumers benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal described below where applicable. Customers outside the EU may have different rights under local law; contact us before ordering if you are unsure. Delivery availability and return address will be confirmed when you request a return.
Product type: Our goods are food supplements. They are not medicines. If you reached this site via online advertising (e.g. Google Ads), the same product category and limitations apply: refunds follow consumer law and this policy, not any implied medical or efficacy promise.
Return and hygiene rules may apply to sealed products as set out in section 6 (Exceptions).
3. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email or contact form) before the 14-day period ends. If you request withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost. We may deduct the direct cost of return delivery if you chose a more expensive delivery option.
4. How to return
Return the goods in their original condition and packaging where possible. Send them to the address we provide when you notify us of withdrawal. You are responsible for the cost and risk of return unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty.
5. Refund timing
We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or of you providing evidence of having sent them. Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
6. Exceptions
Your right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods (e.g. sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery where unsealing would affect hygiene or nature of the product). We will inform you on the product page or before order if any such exception applies.
7. Faulty or incorrect goods
If the product is faulty or not as described, you have rights under consumer law. Contact us with details and we will resolve the matter in line with applicable law (repair, replacement or refund).
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will be revised. Changes do not affect your rights in relation to orders already placed.
